The service

Evoke provides curated, AI-generated digital art posters delivered as downloadable files. Tiers, pricing, and what each includes are described on our website and may change over time.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure and for activity under your account.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in U.S. dollars and renew automatically until canceled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Digital goods and refunds

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If something is wrong with your purchase, such as a corrupted file or a billing error, contact us and we will work to make it right.

License to use the art

Upon payment, Evoke grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and display the posters for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files, or use them commercially, without our written permission. Evoke retains all rights in the artwork except the license granted here.

Our artwork is created with the assistance of AI tools. The legal status of copyright in AI-generated works is evolving, and we make no guarantee about the copyright status of any particular piece.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape or bulk-download content outside your subscription, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

The service and artwork are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Colors may vary by screen and printer, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evoke will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by canceling your subscription.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law
